Zoom Schedule

To sign up for a Zoom class email us up to 30 minutes in advance of class and we will make sure you get the link. We reserve the right to cancel class if less than 3 people sign up.


There's no maximum number of class-takers, and we ask that you cancel with us in advance if you aren't going to make it. No-shows will be charged.

Parking Lot Schedule
  • Tuesday 6:30pm 

  • Thursday 7am  with Tracy

  • Sunday 9am

  • Sunday 10am 

Outdoor classes are held masked and socially distanced in our parking lot in all weather except rain/snow. We will switch to Zoom in inclement weather, with the exception of our Thursday am class which will be canceled. 


Outdoor classes have a 9-person maximum, so you should email us to check availability and hold a spot. We require 24-hour notice for cancelations, and charge a $15 fee or a class from your class pack for no shows or late cancelations.

Class Pricing

  • $20 for a single drop in class

  • Class packs are available if you enjoy classes and want a deal: 4/$70, 6/$100, 8/$120, 12/$150

  • Class packs expire within three months but they can be used for Zoom boxing AND outdoor classes

Private Training Pricing

  • $85/hr at the gym or at your home (West Roxbury, Dedham, Roslindale, and the immediate area) for one person

  • Small group private training is also available—$100/2, $115/3, $140/4.

  • Nutrition counseling with Jess is available for $25 per week. This service includes meal prep, text support, and positive accountability through the Ate app

All new clients and returning gym members MUST sign a liability waiver at their first return to BoxSmith since we entered the pandemic.

All indoor private training clients and class takers must sign a Covid Symptom Checklist each time they come in to train, declaring they are symptom free and haven't come in contact with the virus.

Group class participants must participate masked. If you feel lightheaded you can sit in your designated space and remove your mask, but you must stop working out.

No borrowable gloves or single use water cups during the pandemic. Gloves, water, Gatorade and protein shakes are available for purchase. Jess is happy to provide glove recommendations upon request.

Class takers are urged to bring their own jump ropes, mats, and small hand weights. Equipment is available to borrow, but must not be shared during class.
