Jessica Smith is the owner and operator of BoxSmith, in business since February of 2015. In 2016, the gym moved to its permanent studio-space in West Roxbury and has grown into a small but fierce dynamo focused on building community and fitness through the sport of boxing.
Boxing is one of the best ways to get into your optimal fighting shape while having fun the whole way through. Each 50-minute group Bags & Conditioning class consists of a high-energy mix of hitting the bags and mitts combined with body-weight strength and conditioning drills.

She is a long-time practitioner of martial arts and a more recent convert to traditional American Boxing. She's focused on teaching boxing technique while giving you the best and most satisfying workout of your life.
