Every class is 50 minutes, caps at 11 people, and welcomes all levels. Total beginners train alongside people prepping for amateur fights, and everyone works at their own pace.
Small Group Memberships & Class Packs
One-Off
$25 per class
No commitment. Sign up. Come when you can.
6-Class Pack
$120 ($20 per class)
Good for three months.
Monthly Unlimited
$125 per month
Best value for two classes a week or more.
Private Training
One-Off
$50 per 30-minute session or
$85 per 55-minute session with the coach of your choice.
8 per month
$640 ($80 per 55-min session)
Good for one month.
12 per month
$900 ($75 per 55-min session)
Good for one month.

Start With One Class
Sign up for $25, or come Wednesday night as a newbie and we'll throw in the wraps and loan you some gloves. No membership, no sign-up call, no commitment. If you like it, the pack and the unlimited are right there waiting. Most people end up on unlimited eventually, but there's no rush.
