YOUTH & TEEN BOXING

In BoxSmith’s Youth & Teen Boxing Summer Session, participants learn boxing stance, punches and punching technique, footwork and more. Through these skills, youths will gain confidence and focus, in addition to increasing their strength and conditioning, and basic self defense skills.


These no-contact classes consist of jumping rope, bodyweight and cardiovascular conditioning, and lots of punching and boxing drills. Games, friendly competition, and team challenges keep things fun while students set the foundation of their boxing technique.

 

Class Schedule

  Youth Boxing I (ages 8-10)

  • Tuesdays @ 9am, July 23-August 27

  Youth Boxing II (ages 11-13)

  • Tuesdays @ 10am, July 23-August 27
     

  Teen Boxing (ages 14-16)

  • Tuesdays @ 11am, July 23-August 27

 

Class Details

  • Classes are 45-minutes

  • With enough interest, this series will continue as a fall after-school program.

  • Classes have an ​8 student maximum per class and need a minimum of 3 students to run, so tell your friends!

  • Requirements: Gym clothes, sneakers, water bottle, gym-approved gloves and wraps.


Pricing

  • $150 for 6 week session with new gloves & hand wraps for students to keep

OR

  • $125 for 6 week session, student brings their own gloves and hand wraps

 

  • Glove/wrap package available for $30
