INTRO TO BOXING

Have you been thinking about giving boxing a try but were afraid of being the only one in class who wasn't sure what they were doing? Well, then, Intro to Boxing is for you!

 

Intro to Boxing is a 3-week class which offers aspiring boxers (or experienced boxers interested in diving back into key fundamentals) the opportunity to learn all the boxing basics - wrapping your hands, punching the heavy bag and moving around the ring - in a supportive and individualized way. You will get to experience all the aspects of a typical group boxing class - jumping rope, ab work and of course, throwing punches, while also having the opportunity to ask questions and develop skills in a slower-paced class.

Most importantly, though, you will get a great workout and have fun!

Class Details

  • Class will run the first three Fridays of every other month, at 7am 

  • $50 for the 3-classes, which also includes a pair of hand wraps

  • July 12th will be the start date for July 2019

  • Minimum of three paid participants for an upcoming intro series to run
